The Collectors Gallery Guaranteed Friendly Return Policy

You never have to worry about buying Collectors Gallery merchandise that just doesn’t meet your expectations. We think that you’ll rarely be unhappily surprised when your merchandise arrives, but to put your mind at ease, we’ve developed an easy, friendly return policy. The most you ever risk is the freight. The freight originally to you and the return freight is non-refundable is case of returns. Here’s how it works:

1. For damaged items, inspect Collectors Gallery goods immediately upon arrival in your store. Keep the inner and outer packaging in their original condition and call us or email us. Note: we do need to know your reason for returning goods. You have 12 days to return the item from the day it is received by you. After that period of time we cannot take returns. We can only take returns on damaged items with a claim. If it is damaged in shipment, a claim must be filed and a money refund or replacement merchandise will be sent when the claim is paid. 
2. Once we get the info we will process the claim with the postal service and send you a refund or exchange merchandise, or we’ll issue you a credit to your credit card or account for the cost of the goods when the claim money arrives.  
3. There are no returns of any kind on merchandise totaling over $1,000.00. All sales are final for merchandise over $795.00. However you are covered on any damages and a claim will be made.

Delivery

We only ship US postal service or Federal Express ground. We closely estimate the freight on your order when you get it in your order email. The shipping amount in the order invoice is an estimate only. A shipping box is sometimes used in the shipment of special sized items which is part of the shipping cost. Shipping will always be quoted on large items that does not have an exact shipping price. Foreign orders that are oversized will be shipped by Federal Express. The shipping quoted on foreign orders is for US shipping only. Foreign orders will be billed foreign freight charges and will be shiped by airmail unless other wise instructed by the customer. We will ship Fed Ex international also. NO UPS. We have all orders self insured through the collectibles insurance agency. You will be charged us mail or fed ex insured rates and will you be fully covered. We pay the insurance.  

Ordering

Items are subject to change in assortments by the set or case on presell or in stock items. Prices are subject to change at anytime. Quantities on items are not guaranteed. We have multiples on items so the item you see on the site is not the exact same one you are ordering. We do not charge your credit card on preorders. Orders are not an invoice. Orders will be shipped and billed only when the item ships. We have 2 warehouses. If an item is in stock and not in one location it is in the other. It could take 1 to 3 weeks for an item to ship if is in the other location. Items advertised with free shipping only applies to domestic addresses only in the USA not to foreign addresses. Ship dates are not guaranteed on preorders. If you preorder an item you will get it but i cant guarantee when it will ship . There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. This includes preordered items that have been paid for but not yet shiped. You have 12 days to make a return on items. Cancellations on special order items are subject to a restocking fee also. Some foreign countries I will not ship to some countries such as Nigeria, Indonesia, Russia and Romania because of credit card fraud. I will contact you and let you know if you are in a prohibited country. 

Preorders

Preorders are not in-stock items and are ordered specially for you, the collector. Please do not cancel your order if it is a preorder. I do rely on you keep your orders. I do guarantee the item to ship but i cannot guarantee an exact delivery date because production dates change with the manufacturer. Some items could presell out and i wont be able to fill all orders. The sooner you order it the better chance you have of getting it. If you have to cancel an in-stock item let me know right away before it ships as i do not refund the shiping.    

Payment plan

I can do monthly payments on any items in the catalog or on the website. The payments are made monthly until they are paid in full. Items will be shiped after the remaining charge with exact freight figured in. Please take advantage of this. It makes it more affordable for higher end items. I leave it up to the collector on how much they want to pay per month. All payments or deposits are non refundable.
